Pressure Sensors

Willow offers low cost ‘sensing element only’ packaged, unamplified silicon piezo resistive bridge which requires sensor excitation, external amplification and temperature compensation and fully integrated pressure sensors. The integrated types are packaged silicon piezo resistive pressure sensors with on-chip amplification, calibration and temperature compensation. The pressure sensors are used to measure gauge, absolute & differential pressure and come in a variety of packages to suit many applications. Integrated types have a wide compensated temperature range of 0 to 85°C and can operate in -40 to 125°C with a low supply current. |
