Willow Technologies Limited www.willow.co.uk, a major supplier and stockist of Teledyne Relays, introduces High Repeatability RF Ultra Miniature Relays: RF700 and RF703. These DPDT non-latching relays provide a practical through hole solution with improved RF signal switching repeatability over the frequency range DC to 4GHz.

The broad bandwidth of DC to 4GHz makes the RF700 & RF703 relays suitable for a wide range of applications. They have high isolation between control and signal paths reducing problems that can occur from cross talk. Problems with control electronics and radiated noise are significantly reduced and signal integrity is maintained.

The relays have internal discrete silicon diodes for coil suppression and polarity reversal protection. The hybrid packaged RF700 & RF703 series reduces PCB floor space, by reducing the number of external components generique cialis needed to drive the relay. The RF700 and RF703 are highly resistant to ESD eliminating the need for special precautions, whilst the hermetically sealed TO5 package provides excellent environmental protection and robustness. The minimum mass components and welded construction provide maximum resistance to shock and vibration.

Frequent applications for these relays are RF signal switching in broadcast equipment, in communications equipment and in the manufacture of RF signal equipment - RF attenuators, RF switch matrices and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) - applications that require dependable high frequency signal fidelity and performance up to 4GHz.
