Angular Rate MEMS Gyroscopes (Gyro Sensors)

CRG20-with-Aircraft-Braking-System Single and 3-axis, low noise, miniature MEMS gyroscopes in smd or modular formats. Direct drop in MEMS gyro replacements for fibre optic gyroscopes (FOG) offer high stability with excellent performance over temperature. Willow provides low drift MEMS gyroscopes with dynamic ranges between ±25°/s to ±1,500°/s. Bias stability lower than 0.12°/hr is now achievable in MEMS Gyros (see CRH02 Series). Optimum high performance MEMS Gyroscope solutions for applications where bias instability, angle random walk and low noise are of critical importance.
