New High Voltage Switching Relay

Willow Technologies Limited introduces the new AT series relays manufactured by Italiana Rele. The AT series has been developed for High Voltage switching applications of up to 5000VAC and has many designed-in safety features. 

The AT series is of open-chassis construction with 0.25 fast on terminals fastened to a ceramic base. Available in a wide range of contact configurations including normally open, normally closed & changeover in single or double-pole format.

The AT series is power rated up to 5000 VA with switching capability of up to 10A (AC1) and 5000VAC. The use of ceramic material for the  mainframe construction and a >5 mm contact gap combine to produce formidable circuit separation with a dielectric strength of 8KVrms between open contacts & from coil to contacts.

Mechanical life expectancy is greater than 5 million operations with vibration resistance to 5g (10-55 Hz) and shock resistance of 5g (11 ms).  The AT is available in several coil voltage options, 6-220VDC & 6-400VAC and measures 48*17*72mm in size with a weight of 200g.

Applications are wide and include Electro-medical defibrillators, HV transformer switching, HV test equipment and other general HV applications where safety is of key importance.
