Willow Technologies Introduces Precision Tri-Axial Silicon MEMS Low G Sensor Modules |

Designed & manufactured by Crossbow Technology Inc., the device incorporates state-of-the-art low G MEMS sensors to provide an ideal component for low-cost inertial navigation systems. In addition its high accuracy and uG noise level provide excellent measurements for demanding instrumentation applications. The CXL02TG3 combines MEMS accelerometers with a signal conditioning ASIC into one compact module. A noise floor of 20µG/ÖHz delivers excellent resolution and with a low bias drift and DC response this sensor is an outstanding choice for inertial applications. The CLX02TG3F package measures 2.235" x 1.435" x 0.980" including mounting flanges. In addition, the CXL02TG3S is available with an integrated 10-32 mounting stud, which measures 1.435" x 1.435" x 0.980". Crossbow's sensors integrate silicon micro machining (MEMS) technology with digital signal processing. The sensors incorporate the company's proprietary Soft Sensor embedded firmware, which includes algorithms for stabilization and navigation applications coupled with internal compensation and communication functions.
